Hi,

First do try and test the charger if it's supplying enough voltage to charge the battery. Also do try and use another AC adapter which has the same voltage just to identify if it's a problem with the charger or the battery itself. Another troubleshooting step you could try is to uninstall/reinstall ACPI complaint for the battery. If the AC adapter checks out okay with the tester so it's the battery that has the problem
