I have just logged onto my email and the background has gone from a soft grey to a disgusting blue

I just logged onto email and the background light used to be a nice grey which was easy to read, however now my email and my internet etc is all a hard to look at light blue. Is this a virus or what? I have no idea what I have done but suddenly it has all changed and if anyone knows how to put it back to normal that would be much appreciated!!

What email client/software do you use?

Microsoft outlook, it looks like everything has been highlighted or something, however each of the words and the mouse has like a white background, it's very hard to explain! Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar problem or know how the f*ck you can fix it. It's also on Google Chrome if that has anything to do with it.
