i have just started programming at uni and would like to buy a new latop, my budget i extremely low

Budget: $200 -$400
What i want: light weight, small but bright screen. Touch screen is optional, but the keyboard should not be too cramped up. Battery life should be above average if possible and should not heat up.

this is the best i could find for the price there are a lot of quad core around that price, but i still do not know how it would perform for programming...
