i have lenovox220 hen i turn it on it screen did not get on

screen didnot get on i cannot hear any sound pf fan working pr anything
lights of battery and wifi and blue tooth blick and went off
how can i correct it
i recently install new window in it window7

Its best to contact Lenovo for a warranty replacement.
Seems like a hardware issue
