i have Lg g2 ,i dropped it somewhere ,now there are dead spot on it , nd certain lines that comes right after or during mob use ,touch is perfectly ok ,what should i do>?

Open it up, reconnect the screen connections. If that does not help, replace the screen of the phone. A used working G2 should be pretty cheap and a lot less hassle than a screen swap.
