Switch service to T-Mobile or MetroPCS, you can watch in lower quality at no data use (I think their plan for that is called binge now), or get a wireless router for the house. Without WiFi available nothing you can do. My kids use MetroPCS, I actually should take a look at this binge now thing they have and test it a bit.
