Assuming that you have selected the correct input on the TV you can try changing the order you power up the Kodi and select the TV input. That affects how the TV and Kodi "handshake".
You can also try a different input on the TV and a different cable.

It may be that you have to set your box up to to display input 1360x768 at 60 Hz
