Probably can't, it uses it's own USB receiver to connect. There may be a bluetooth gamepad that may work with the phone, check around.

Can I use otg to connect the USB receiver to phone and then play games? Have u tried this?

I have not tried it, but the receiver would need to load drivers for it to be recognized, and it's not likely the Android device will be able to do that.
