Hi I have a Hewlett-Packard tablet/laptop. I updated to windows 10 and I had to reset it now it won't reboot it comes up with the hp and a curser then it turns back off and sometimes it comes up with an error installing windows. What can l do to fix it?

When you said "had to reset it", exactly what did you do?
