i hv Lenovo ThinkPad t410.1ltr juice packet brust in the beg carring laptop i disassembled it and cleaned the juice using brush & petrol. Dried it in sun light. Assembled it . After first start up & shutdown it's display, keypad, fan, charging not working. Only hard disk running noice and cd writer working.

Sounds like you need a new motherboard, possibly screen and keyboard.

You can get a full working T410 for close to $100 so not really worth buying parts, just get another model and swap your drive into it.
