my phone was not switching on so I downloaded "adb and fastboot" to brick it but when I command it "adb devices" its not recognizing my device and my phone is switched off so I can't turn on USB debugging too........I don't know what to do please guide me!!!

If your phone if off and it not turning on how can you do anything with it? First step is to get it powered on. Try a different battery, different charger, get the charger jack looked at.
