Solved! I lost all my contacts when my phone was stolen am using a new samsung phone please help get my contacts back

I was using Nokia lumia got stolen lost all my contacts, new all my contacts back am using a new samsung phone

If the contact are sync to an online account, add the account to the new phone. If the contact are not sync, they are gone with the phone
