I lost Sound in my Desktop, windows 10 Home 64 bit. How to get back the sound?

using windows 10 Home 64bit. suddenly I lost sound. No voice. Cannot hear even any sound.
All kinds of troubleshoot known are done. No use. I will remain grateful if you assist me in getting back the sound.
