I need a laptop for school, everyday use and Minecraft!

Hello, I'm 10 years old and I am buying a laptop.

Q: What's your budget?
A: Maximum of $600

Q: What country do you live in?
A:Canada

Q:What Games do you want to play on it?
A:Just Minecraft

Q:What specs do you prefer to it to have?
A: 8GB of ram, 1tb hard drive, windows 8.1 and for it to have a clock speed of at least 2GHz(If not possible at least 1.5GHz
