1. What is your budget?
I live in Turkey so I don't think that laptops in Turkey are the same price. They are more expensive but I think it's like maximum 1400 or something like that.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
Min 13inc max 17inc

3. What screen resolution do you want?
1920x1080 or higher

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
It doesn't matter that much but I don't want it to be too heavy or big

5. How much battery life do you need?
I'm going to bring it to school so I need a long battery life

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
THIS PART IS IMPORTANT FOR ME
Im going to play games like CS:GO, Sims 4, GMod, Dota 2, SimCity, Prison Architect, Don't Starve Together and games like that but I'll never play games like Gta 5 or Fallout 4 (High-End games) on laptop because I got a Ps4 and I'll play High-End games from there

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
I got Photoshop but I don't think I'll use it too much, maybe once or twice a month

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
I'm going to upload so many pictures, videos (Etc.) to my laptop so I need quite a big storage
And I'm going to use it for school and I'm going to use storage for my school projects, essays (Etc.)
I'm also going to download games. I'm going to download small games like (Written on 6).
And I'm going to download a few of them so I need the storage for that

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
I don't know really but I'll like it to stay atleast 2-3 years or more

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
Dosen't matter too much but faster better I guess (dosen't matter really)

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I don't want alienware cause they don't sell them in Turkey.
I don't want a mac cause some steam games dosen't work on it and dosen't have that much storage (But I can consider it if it fits me well)

13. What country do you live in?
Turkey as I already told you

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I don't want a high-end gaming laptop cause they are a bit overkill for me

Thank you for your responses

I'm assuming your budget is $1400. If not, please inform me. On my part, I strongly recommend the Dell Inspiron i7559 simply because of price to performance.

Key features: Core i56300HQ, GTX 960M(you can max out your specified games or play on medium settings for more FPS), 8 GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10, No optical drive(not pretty sure if you wanted one based on what you posted, 7 lbs weight

Now, another reason I recommended this one is that there is place to add another HDD. You can use the 256GB SSD for your games and add a 1TB HDD to store other things. Also, with the price combined alongside the additional HDD, even if you don't get the laptop in Turkey, you can always buy in the US online and have it shipped to you through a forwarding company thus the overall price will be under $1400.

So no optical drive means I can't use any Cd's?

Your main problem is that you need an Optical Drive which is very hard to find on a gaming laptop.

ASUS ROG GL552VW-DH71: https://www.amazon.com/GL552VW-DH71-15-Inch-Discrete-GeForce-Metallic/dp/B01578ZKPO?ie=UTF8&redirect=true&tag=laptop-magazine-20

Key features: Core i7 6700HQ, GTX 960M 2GB, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, DVD+/-RW DL, Windows 10 Home
You can swap the HDD for a 500GB SSD if you want your laptop or games to load faster(only open/load, no increase in FPS) otherwise you can stick to the HDD.

MSI GL72 6QD-001: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GL72-6QD-001-NOTEBOOK-i5-6300HQ/dp/B01AC40O5O/?tag=tdvr-20

Key features: Core i5 6300HQ, GTX 950M, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, DVD SuperMulti, Windows 10
Again, you can swap the HDD if you want.

MSI CX62: https://www.amazon.com/CX62-Notebook-i5-6300HQ-NVIDIA-Windows/dp/B00W8FF1ZO?ie=UTF8&tag=trvr-20

Key features: Core i5-6300HQ, GeForce 940MX(the downside compared to others listed), 1TB HDD+ 128GB SSD(the upside compared to others listed), 16GB RAM, DVD-RW, Windows 10

All of them are under $1000 and have an optical drive so even if you can't get it in Turkey, you can always have it shipped to you through a forwarding company. There are some more out there but they mostly have poor battery life for better specs. Feel free to ask anything else.

Why are the optical drives rare in gaming laptops?

Not pretty sure. Since it takes up space inside a laptop, there can be less space for better components so maybe. Also, with the rise of downloads, an optical drive isn't necessary for a gaming laptop since most players out there get a cracked version of their game online rather than buying an original copy on a cd. At the expense of the optical drive, you can have space to put additional storage which maybe more important than the need for an optical drive.

Maybe I should buy Dell Inspiron with 1Tb hdd and ...Gb ssd. Then I'll get Apple's usb superdrive for a optical drive.
What do you think?

Well, considering the games you posted, the one I posted will work just fine on medium-high settings but if you want all of them to be at high-ultra settings, here's more recommendations:

ASUS ROG G751JY-VS71(WX)($1479 at the time of writing this): https://www.amazon.com/G751JY-VS71-WX-17-Inch-GeForce-Version/dp/B01DT4A2K6?ie=UTF8&tag=egclatops-20

Key features: Core i7 4720HQ, GTX 980M, 16GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 10, 17.3"

MSI GE72 APACHE PRO-239($1170 at the time of writing this): https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GE62-Apache-Pro-239-i7-6700HQ/dp/B01D8VJ0B2?ie=UTF8&tag=egcaptops-20

Key features: Core i7 6700, GTX 970M, 12GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 10, 15.3"

Acer Predator 15 G9-591-70VM($1500): https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Predator-G9-591-70VM-15-6-inch-i7-6700HQ/dp/B0161CFBEU?ie=UTF8&tag=tdrv-20

Key features: Core i7 6700HQ, GTX 970M, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 10, 15.6"

Are there any other options?
Cause I want a body like Dell Inspiron 7559 (standart), I don't like bodys like the Acer you suggested. They seem too big and heavy for me. I want a Pc with a body like Dell Inspiron and can run GMod, CS:GO, DayZ, Sims 4, Dota 2 on High or Medium resolution.
I know I'm asking a lot from you so thank you so much.

The MSI above me is a nice option too. Well, for a shell like the Dell(haha, nice pun :D ), there some options but the price and specs differ:

Acer Aspire V15 Nitro Black($987 at the time of writing this): https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-VN7-591G-70RT-15-6-Inch-Gaming/dp/B00WJSQRNK/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1469164066&sr=1-3&keywords=Acer+Aspire+V15+Nitro+Black+Edition

Key features: Core i7 4720HQ, GTX 960M, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 8
As you can see, for ~$300 more like the Dell, the only upgrade you get is the Core i7 but you'll have to forsake the SSD for a HDD and you get Windows 8.

ASUS K501UX($800): https://www.amazon.com/K501UX-15-6-inch-Gaming-Processor-Windows/dp/B0146DD02G/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1469164394&sr=1-1&keywords=ASUS+K501UX+15.6-inch+Gaming+Laptop+%28Intel+Core+i7+Processor%2C+8GB+RAM%2C+256GB+SSD+Hard+Drive%2C+Windows+10+%2864+bit%29%29%2C+Black%2FSilver+Metal

Key features: Core i7 6500U, GTX 950M, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 10
The GTX 950M is only a small step down to the GTX 960M but you can get a Core i7.

and the Dell makes the 3rd option. The better specs the become, the less sleekier the shell becomes. The Dell is the best in terms of price to performance as you can probably see and it's the colour scheme is the best(according to me :D ).

I was going to buy Dell but in Turkey they don't have keyboard lighting and I'm going to use it at night a lot.

For the Acer laptop you suggested I want windows 10 if possible :D

Basically I want/need windows 10, keyboard lighting, hdd+ssd and a basic design.
By basic I mean portable, flat (without any big bumps like Acer Predator).

I know I'm a hard person so thank you so much
