I need a laptop suggestion

Looking for a cheap laptop under $300 (prefer AMD, since I heard they have better price/perf, but intel is fine, too). I'm basically just gonna use it for general web-browsing and maybe some light gaming with games like CS:GO and Overwatch. Nothing too crazy, just at least 40 fps at 720p low settings. Prefer upgradable ram and hdd, but at least hdd needs to be upgradable. I want at least 4GB ram, if ram not upgradable. I would also like hdd to not be a selling point of the laptop since I'm most likely going to just replace it with a cheap 256gb ssd. Any comments would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's hard to find one with decent cpu/gpu for only 300usd.

All those GPU/CPU are quite similar. I had an older laptop with intel hd 5500 and it run csgo (low, 1366x768) at around 30-50fps sometimes can drop lower. Wouldn't give much hope for these
