I need help finding a good gaming laptop

Starting last year I started having a lot of issues with my desktop and recently I've had even more, I decided its time to get something I wont rage at just booting up.

What I need is something that can be dropped without breaking due to the fact that I have a dog and lots of potentual for dropping it on accident. It needs to replace my gaming pc. Needs atleast 16 gigs, and needs to last a long time.

Windows only please, no alienware or dell. Windows 7 preffered, no windows 8

3 thousand and under....I can go up to 3,900 max

A long battery life is preffered, I dont mind carrying over 8 pounds

Will you consider MSI's gaming laptop since I have one as well!
I don't really know the budget you want, but with the same performance as DC can do, MSI gaming laptop will be a good choice for you. (If not MSI, I will say Sager or Asus too)
