Solved! I need help. My laptop turns on, but my keyboard won't work and my laptop screen is just black.

My laptop turns on but my keyboard won't work. The screen doesn't also work. It's just black. I already try using external monitor before but still nothing.

Laptop Model: Lenovo Ideapad 320
Processor: AMD A12

could be overheating when was the last time you opened it up for cleaning. also could need the thermal paste cleaned and reapplied on cpu and gpu

The last time i opened it was a year ago. Cause we don't have enought time for it to be check by a technician. Ill try cleaning and reapplying thermal paste on it. Ill let you know if it works or not.
