I need help with an error message...

I recently installed Windows 10. Now, when I try to access any website the following error message pops up: "A plugin (Shockwave Flash) isn't responding.

I'm not sure if this error message is related to Windows 10, or just Malware.

Any ideas?

RGD1101...thanks for the info. The problem is...once I access the Adobe Shockwave Player webpage I then receive the same error message...which doesn't allow me to go any further.
