I need help with my galaxy j7.

I just got a Galaxy j7, and I wanted to switch my plan over to my new phone from my Galaxy s3, but when I called Straight Talk to switch it they said my phone was incompatible. What do I do? I spent two hundred something dollars on this phone!!!!!

Take it back to the store and tell them you don't want a firebomb, then buy a Galaxy 6.

Galaxy 7s are being recalled by Samsung because either the battery or the electronics are flawed and overheat. They didn't know even know which was causing the fires.
