I need some Laptop advice.

Hi,
I was searching for a laptop.
Not for gaming, just to normal use like browsing and stuff like that.
My budget is under 200, i'd like the laptop to have necessarily 4GB RAM and a good CPU (2 ghz?).
I'm not so expert, so i dont exactly know what is the best one, that's why i'm here.

well at that price range, the best you could get is HP 14-an013nr for 220$

it has a 1.8gHZ quad core processor, 4gb memory, a dedicated, graphics card, a full HD IPS display, but it has only 32GB SSD space, which can hardly hold anything, I'd suggest looking for a better refurbished laptop.
