I've still got an iPAQ h54555, which is really ticking me off due to its broken touch layer, crappy battery life, and inability to do almost everything given its 9-year-old age. So, I need to know if there is something cheap (sub 100 usd), wifi-based that can surf the web (wifi only), handle PIM stuff, maybe do a few games, play music and video if possible, and operate bluetooth that you guys can recommend to me.

nope, just wifi and preferably bluetooth. the ability to run skype would be nice but not required.
