i need text message and phone call from old canceled and old type of phone

i use verizion. i had an old pull out keyboard simple phone. i up graded to a simple smart phone and changed my number. I need a text message and a phone contact from my old phone. it's dead now, how do I get this info. can verizion get it for me.

If you contact Verizon you can find out if they can or not. Probably they can't.

thanks i was able to get it not sure how i did it but i did now how to answer phone calls seriously i can't even do that.

When the phone rings you should see a red and green button one has a picked up handset one has a hung up one, click or slide the green button.

i click on the green phone and it does nothing and the little red phone doesn/t hang up either thanks

You may need to slide it. If even that does not work, contact your service provider for support.
