Well you actual IP from your ISP is hard to change. Your internal IP is easy to change if you go into your router config.

Generally when you reboot as in shut it down and wait a couple minutes then plug the power back in to your equipment it changes your IP address, that said some providers do assign your main equipment (modem) a permanent public address.

Why do you need so urgently to change it, were you banned from a game or forum?
