Solved! I need to find a laptop with these specs

Hi I've looked all over the place and I haven't found a laptop with the specs that I need I hope someone can help.

I need:

Touchscreen
i7 8th gen
8gb DDR4 RAM min.
Nvida card(MX or GTX)
Fingerprint
Thunderbolt 3
USB-C 3.1 gen2
Screen size: 13.3 - 15.6"
Resolution: 1080p min
HDMI
SD card reader
SSD 256gb min.
Windows 10

I know it's a long list but if anyone could find a laptop with these specs it would be greatly appreciated.

Thinkpad X1 Extreme, meets or exceeds all of those specs, if you look at the second cheapest model.

The GTX1050Ti mobile isn't the world's fastest mobile GPU, though.

from the spec you want, i suggest you to get a productivity laptop, not a gaming one. but how much your budget? if budget doesn't matter, this is the best you can get:
