I am in need to retrieve an old phone number that I had when I opened my g mail Acc but I can't remember it
Irang apple and they can't help I need the phone number
Can someone please HELP as to how can I get this info

the phone# or the device that using that phone#? It probably belong to somebody else by now.
If just the phone# check with your service provider
