i purchased a second hand thinkpad. when i was at the place where i bought it it was on and running everything worked. i get home try to turn it on and nothing it wont come on, and i dont think the charger is working either. where should i take it or how do i know what to do with it or whats wrong??

i talked to the guy who had it and he said it was all working b4 i left...

There should be a light on indicating it is charging when it is plugged in. you could also try to replace the charger. They are not terribly expensive http://www.amazon.com/Power-Supply-Charger-IBM-ThinkPad/dp/B001MQ4P6G Does it run when the charger is connected?
