I put a password on my Asus laptop in the Bios mode and now I cannot remember it so how can I get back in

stupid man I put a password on my computer in Bios mode and it just comes up to the password and the black screen and just the password in the middle and it won't go into Windows or anything it's just stuck there and I can't remember my password how do I get into it into my BIOS so I can reset my password or take it off
