How do I go about wiring a 2nd TV off one reciever?

Wire how? for Video? for Sound? To make toast?

Your question is so vague, I have no idea what you even want to do.

HDMI distribution amplifier will allow you to split the output to feed 2 TVs. Both TVs have to have the same resolution (otherwise it will default to the lower resolution output for both)..
If you are not using HDMI your can usually split composite video and analog audio with "Y connectors".
