Sounds like you may have done a clean install of Windows 10. Are all your other files still available or not? How did you originally get Office?

You can purchase original Ms Office from local stores or order from online too.

Do you have a Microsoft Office Product Key?
If Yes, simply download the Office install EXE file from Microsoft's web site and enter the PK when prompted.

If No, you have to buy a Microsoft Office PK, or try one of the free-of-charge office suites available, e.g. LibreOffice/ OpenOffice.
