I reset my laptop to factory settings now can't sign in

Reset my acer aspire e15 to factory settings and now can't sign in using my Microsoft security number

Have you linked the account correctly after the recovery?
Keyboard layout set correctly?
Try your ms account password to sign in instead of pin code as that will allow you to sign in and reset the pin code if thats the issue

I just let it restore back to factory settings. Switched it on this morning it asked for my login in code from Microsoft but says it is the wrong number?
