I reset the phone with sim and after a day I removed sim from mobile now it's not opening or not being rest .so to rest sim is

A SIM has nothing to do with resetting a phone. The SIM gives you access to service with whatever carrier/service provider the SIM is through. Resetting the phone is to remove all that is on it (wipe the device) and then set it back to the way it was before you started using it. This should have no effect on a SIM.

If the SIM no longer gives you service, then you need to contact the carrier/service provider. If it is something else, then please give more details.
