there is no hacking it. ask the someone for the new password. or get your own network

If it's your network then I would suggest you change the password to get to the router settings. That doesn't have to be the same as the password to use the network so they can still use the network but can't change the password on you.
If you need to get on the network you can use a program WirelessKeyView to find out the current password.
