Today i spill one spoon water on my keyboard and screen it stops working after 4 hours. How much time it wil takes. My asus laptop screen became colours.

Well you should have stopped using it right away to let it dry. Using it for 4 hrs and then it cutting out probably means the water leaked inside while it was running and it could have fried all kinds of things. It may be toast now, especially getting colors all over.

Sounds to me like that water seepage fried something in that 4 hours you were using it after the spill.

You've probably fried your components because water was still seeping in while current was going through the components.
