I switched the bedroom TV with the living room TV. With the living room TV, everything works except when I select 'input', 'Firestick,' I get the Fire TV home page but I still have the TV program audio coming through the speakers. When I select a program on the 'Firestick' the program starts but I still have the the audio from whatever channel what last on the TV.

Try changing the audio output type in the Firestick audio settings menu.
