Only wants me to use Google does weird things down loads when I'm not I moved into this house and it looks like a spyware broadband wire around the rooms I hear licking audio pop on and off way to many motion detectors hidden wires I'm on my tablet my computer stopped working got a new one and same with phone

Have you checked the device for spyware, malware, viruses, etc? That would be my first suggestion. Then you may also want to make sure that remote access to it is turned 'off'.
