That is pretty common. Not all devices can do it. You have to be running at least Android "Marshmallow" and also have a device that the manufacturer has not restricted this option on. Which happens more than you might think.

The only other option is to root the device, which I cannot assist with. I would suggest posting in that forum for assistance with that. However, please note, that can easily brick your device.
