I tried pressing shift key and after the link I pressed "control panel not found" shows up.

I tried pressing shift key and after the link I pressed "control panel not found" shows up. The screen only show up with mouse pointer.

You have given what you are doing, but not why you are doing it. What where you trying to do exactly and what happened when you tried to do it?
