I tried to clean my computer up and I got a black screen saying an operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting and drives

My screen says An operating system wasn't found. TRY disconnecting any drives that don't contain any operating system. How do I restore my laptop??

Have you tried simply restarting the laptop by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del ? Sometimes the computer will do that and all you have to do is press those keys to get it to "reboot" the bios.

I did and all it did is make a loud beep noise. It won't let me past that screen.
