I typed in my pin and my laptop wont stop loading

Ok so i typed in my pin so that i could sign into my laptop, but now my laptop wont stop loading
It just says welcome and wont stop loadong, i tried turning it off and back on, but its just staying like that, i feel like draining the battery and starting it up again after it dies, should i

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if it will load normally.
- If these doesn't work do try if it will load in Safe Mode. While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode.
- Once loaded in Safe Mode and if it will login normally do disable all the startup items that may be causing the problem.
- Open Task Manager then go to Startup tab and disable the startup items then reboot your PC.
- If it will still not load in normal mode go back to Safe Mode and run a virus/malware scan.

- Once done reboot back to normal mode and again if all these will not work you may need to reload your OS.
