I updated my inland revenue page program and now it won't launch it says I can't access the program ... Please help

Is that some income tax filing program? New Zealand?

E.g.:

https/www.ird.govt.nz/

Overall, more information is needed.

What specific income tax program are you using? Is it installed on your computer or some online/web-based system?

What was the nature of the update: data or some update to the program itself?

Maybe the update failed and corrupted the application.
