I have a hitachi rear projection tv with dual tuner and picture in picture. I just got dish tv wit a wally which is single tuner. Is there a way to hook up so I can use my p.i.p. Tv is model 43fdx15b. Thanks for your suggestions.

One tuner can't tune two different channels.
You can only use the TV PIP with a different source as one of the pictures.
A second Dish box would let you do that but at an additional fee. A DISH DVR might let you do pip internally since it will have at least 2 tuners. Check the manual.
