They’re relatively equals, but in this case, I’d take the first one. You can grab a relatively large usb for extra storage (320gb + X, with X being the storage on whatever you buy) and it has a somewhat better processor that has a slight (emphasize slight) edge over the other.

well personal advice don't buy it the 3rd gen is very weak I have a T410 with i5 which bleeds and drops the battery for even using the ppsspp emulator.
