I want to change my laptops processor

Hello, My laptop is currently Satellite L70-B-119 and have Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70GHz. Could anyone please tell me if i will be able to change the processor and what better processor i would be able to change it to? Thanks for the help in advance
