i want to upgrade my hdd to sshd

I have a dell inspiron 15 5555,
Amd A10,radeon R6 graphics,8gb ram and 1tb hdd

I want to change my hdd to sshd.Is it possible?

It is possible, but it takes some effort. You have to buy a cloning program from a manufacturer of such software, like this one:

This page also has a step-by-step guide but there are several manufacturers to choose from. And because you're using a laptop, you also need a SATA-to-USB adapter. Like this one from Amazon:
