You can use 2 Y splitter like these

It might work better if you have both recorders on regardless of which one you use since the one that is off might load down the record out. Try it both ways to see if these is any difference in recording level.

It looks like you're suggesting two of these Y adapters. If so, I'm not sure how the connections would work. Would this setup be a problem recording from the tape deck to the CD recorder?
