I want to buy a Vinyl record player for a my friend's birthday. But I want something with good quality but my maximum budget is 100$. The only use of it is to listen to records.

Solution
The Victrola is a piece of junk and if he has an HTS with an aux input he doesn't need all the other stuff it has.
The Audio Technica for the money will be a good choice from a real company with support.
If he wants to upgrade to a better audio system later the turntable will work with that too.
your looking at a turntable with speakers, there are a few that will play over Bluetooth, RCA and will encode on MP3 USB

here are some suggestions:

w/ speakers + MP3 Encoder + RCA output.

w / speakers + Bluetooth + RCA output.

w/ Bluetooth and speakers

I'll check them out, but what I really want is to find a good one from a will known company not an unknown one. So it's mostly guaranteed to be good and got good features and amazing voice. Because thats what you look for when you buy a record.

Well, you have to outline exactly what you need.
Something to spin the album is one thing. What will you output the sound with?

And I'm sorry to say that you don't get that from a $100 turntable, never mind the fact that you need an amp and speakers too.

I heard someone mention a few months ago that they were listening to vinyl on their speaker (singular) and it was great. No it wasn't, no stereo, an included speaker, sorry that will be worse than the most poorly ripped digital.

However, you could spend less on a 2 channel amp and 2 speakers and have it sound better.
