If you reset the device, then there is no way to get the data back. Had you accidentally deleted something, then you 'may' have been able to get some things back with data recovery software. However, this won't work if the device is reset, as all the data is totally wiped and then overwritten when it is reinstalled, making anything that had been on it completely inaccessible.

You should never reset a device unless you can back up the data or are willing to lose it all.
