If you have been looking at the motorola phones, I will explain. The Moto G is a MUCH cheaper option then the Moto X. You still get a quad core processor and Hd screen with a decent screen. The Moto X has full HD and has a better processor/more RAM. If you need it just for a trip the Moto G should be perfectly fine.

If you are from India buy the phones from India. They cost much cheaper than anywhere in the world, USA included.
Only thing is that the Moto X has better RAM(multitasking) and Camera, and has more features than the Moto G.
The Moto G is also a good all-rounder.

This guy is spot on. For the money, you should get the Moto E, and if you can't or don't want that, get the Moto G. Don't waste another $150+ on a Moto X.
All are excellent phones by a great manufacturer, and you can't go wrong.
