i3 2310 or a8 5600k for rendering

Hi everyone, i need some help for my first pc build, i need to choose between intel i3 2310m and amd a8 5600k the build will be for gaming and some rendering using after effects and some other programs.
i will probably go for 8GB of ram and i will get a dedicated graphic card but not now, so if i get the i3 i may have to use my old card 9500gt for now.
wich one will performe better in rendering if i get a good dedicated card the i3 or the a8 ?

That i3 is for a laptop so you can't use it.
